Audubon Hall provides 70 newly constructed units of permanent supportive housing in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan.
All apartments are studios and are set aside for homeless single adults living with special needs. A unit is reserved for the building’s live-in superintendent, who is available 24/7 to respond to emergencies.

Lantern Community Services delivers on-site supportive service programming to all Audubon Hall tenants. Program offices offer space for staff to conduct individual and group meetings, life skills counseling, education and employment recommendations as well as referral support.
