Euclid Glenmore

Euclid Glenmore provides 135 newly constructed units of permanent supportive and affordable housing in the East New York section of Brooklyn.

81 studio units provide housing to formerly homeless individuals with severe mental illness or history of substance abuse disorder through the NYC 15/15 program. An additional 53 units ranging from studios to 3-bedroom units are affordable to households earning between 30%-60% AMI. A unit is reserved for the building’s live-in superintendent, who is available 24/7 to respond to emergencies.

Social Services

Lantern Community Services delivers on-site supportive service programming to all Euclid Glenmore tenants. Program offices offer space for staff to conduct individual and group meetings, life skills counseling, education and employment recommendations as well as referral support. Supportive services at Euclid Glenmore provide tenants with a variety of opportunities for personal growth.
