Euclid-Glenmore Offers Housing and a Grocery Store to East New York

Euclid-Glenmore is an eight-story mixed-use building in East New York, Brooklyn providing 135 units of housing, including 81 permanent supportive housing units, 39 mixed-income units, and 14 units for seniors. The ground floor features a grocery store, bringing fresh food to a NYC Department of City Planning FRESH Zone.

Euclid Glenmore was constructed through the Supportive Housing Loan Program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development and is supported by the New York City 15/15 Program. Euclid Glenmore includes on-site support services to serve the needs of formerly homeless New Yorkers with special needs.

“The housing shortage in New York City continues to fuel a housing affordability and homelessness crisis. We are grateful to our partners at Mega Development and the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development for working with Lantern Organization to create 135 affordable homes for people most impacted by the housing shortage.”
